1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using WealthScout, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

WealthScout is a personal market dashboard that provides:

• A watchlist showing market prices for stocks, ETFs, indices, FX pairs, and cryptocurrencies
• Technical indicators and market signals (RSI, MACD, moving averages, etc.)
• AI-generated market summaries and portfolio insights
• A daily email digest summarising market activity
• Macro-economic data for selected countries

3. Not financial advice

WealthScout provides market data and analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing on this service constitutes:

• Financial advice or investment advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security
• A solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument

Technical signals (such as "Bullish" or "Bearish" labels), analyst consensus data, AI-generated insights, and any other content on WealthScout are informational only. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before making any investment.

4. Data accuracy

Market data displayed on WealthScout is sourced from third-party providers (including Yahoo Finance via the yfinance library). We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Prices, indicators, and financial metrics may be delayed, incorrect, or missing. Do not rely on WealthScout data for time-sensitive trading decisions.

5. AI-generated content

Certain features of WealthScout use Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, to generate market summaries and portfolio insights. AI-generated content:

• May contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• Is not reviewed by a financial professional before delivery
• Should not be treated as a substitute for professional financial advice
• Reflects the AI model's interpretation of available data, which may be wrong

6. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for abusive purposes.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use WealthScout for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Premium subscription

Certain features require a paid Premium subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation details are presented at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@wealthscout.ai.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WealthScout and its operators are not liable for:

• Any investment losses or financial damages resulting from use of the service
• Inaccurate, delayed, or missing market data
• Errors in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or data loss

WealthScout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
